Dave Sellers, President

Dave Sellers has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications software and services market.  Mr. Sellers has experience with billing, revenue assurance, customer self-serve, provisioning, mediation, workforce management and business analytics.  He is responsible for all daily operational functions of the company.  Mr. Sellers has a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University.


Gabrielle Taul, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing

Gabrielle Taul has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications software, equipment and services market. In addition to subscriber self care applications; Mrs. Taul has experience with mediation, network management, analytics and switching. She is responsible for all sales, solutions architecture, product roadmap, partnerships and marketing for the company. Mrs. Taul holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.


Sameer Rele, Director of Software Development

Sameer Rele has nearly 20 years of experience in telecommunications software development and consulting services. Mr. Rele’s experience is largely based in managing and leading strategic IT projects for large telecom companies. His experience includes mediation, network IT applications, CRM, customer solutions and analytical management solutions. Mr. Rele has a Masters Degree in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India.


Bruce Kasian, Director of Operations North America

Bruce Kasian has over 25 years in the telecommunications software and services industry. Mr. Kasian has broad experience in billing, mediation and business intelligence solutions and has held roles in hardware and software development, product research and development, project management and operations. He is responsible for program management along with the quality/test and documentation groups for the company. Mr. Kasian is a PMI certified Project Management Professional.


Iain Wilson, Director of Operations EMEA

Iain Wilson has over 20 years in the telecommunications software and services industry, primarily on BSS systems. Mr. Wilson has broad experience in billing, mediation and business intelligence solutions and has held roles in product strategy, product research & development as well as pre and post implementation delivery management. He is responsible for the company meeting its customer commitments in EMEA. Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Edinburgh University.


Andrew Schneider, Chief Architect

Andrew Schneider has over 25 years of experience in the design and development of advanced command and control systems for telecommunications, transportation, and other highly sophisticated software systems.  Mr. Schneider is a hands-on architect with a background in real time telecommunications software, systems engineering, modeling and simulation, and artificial intelligence.  In his current role he is responsible for setting the overall technical vision for Ventraq, and keeping Ventraq on the cusp of contemporary software development practices through techniques such as agile management, test driven development, and distributed team collaboration tools.  Mr. Schneider holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of Buffalo.


Paul Downey, Technical Support Manager

Paul Downey has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunication software and services industry. Over the course of his career, Mr. Downey’s focus has been on customer support for software, hardware, and networking. He has also been involved in operations, product management and development, as well as quality assurance. In his current role, he is responsible for all support surrounding Ventraq’s C3C® product in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  Mr. Downey holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Science from Vatterott College.


Marc Bundick, Manager of Customer Services

Marc Bundick has over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications software and services industry.  Mr. Bundick has experience in billing, mediation, and business intelligence solutions and has been in the technical support organization at Ventraq for over 14 years.  He has held roles in technical support, installation, and training.  He is responsible for managing all customer service aspects for Ventraq Mediation products (hardware support, software support, installation and training).


Thomas Richardson, Client Services Manager

Thomas Richardson has over 23 years in the telecommunications, software and services industries.  Mr. Richardson has experience in program/project management, finance, marketing/product management, product development, software engineering, business/strategic analysis and consulting services.  In his current role at Ventraq, Mr. Richardson is responsible for ensuring that the company continues to grow and evolve to meet and exceed customer expectations.  He leads a team that is focused on providing best in class technical support for Ventraq’s analytics product. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from St. John Fisher College, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester Simon School and a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.  In addition, he is a certified project manager.
